justin zeulner - President & CEO

Justin is the Founder of Pioneers of Sustainability. He is a recognized leader, change agent and innovator in the private, non-profit and philanthropic sectors. Along with his passionate leadership style and high-energy, authentic and contagious personality, Justin has helped create healthier, equitable and more sustainable communities across the planet. Justin is a pioneer of the sports greening movement, co-founding the Green Sports Alliance and established the Portland Trail Blazers as a global leader in corporate sustainability. Justin also advanced the global work of Vulcan Philanthropy and the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation. Building off the pioneering efforts and leadership of the sports greening movement, Justin is uniquely positioned to use his experience, imagination and entrepreneurial capabilities to create compelling engagement strategies that drive the awareness, action, and advocacy necessary to amplify philanthropic ideas, proposals, and investments.

Carmen douglass - Vice President, Operations

Carmen Douglass is the Vice President of Operations at Pioneers of Sustainability. Spending her free time outdoors - camping, boating and looking for the next adventure, Carmen is drawn to the values of the environmental movement and excited to support creating healthier, equitable and more sustainable communities. Carmen supported the operations of the Green Sports Alliance, helping them raise awareness and grow. A natural at discovering strengths, weaknesses, and motivations of people, Carmen uses her degree in human development, skills and abilities to further spread awareness of our mission and grow the organization. Carmen’s outgoing and fun-loving spirit, coupled with her education and stellar leadership background in business, ensures the culture of our organization aligns with our vision.

Chef Jeffrey Mora - Food FLeet

Chef Jeffrey Mora, CEO of Food Fleet is a renowned chef who most recently was the chef for the Los Angeles Lakers. Prior to that Chef Jeff was Head of Food Operations for Metropolitan Culinary, which operated restaurants in airports across America. He has also twice represented the United States in the Culinary Olympics, which pits chefs from nearly 100 nations against one another. Food Fleet brings strategy, management, and creative concepts to their clients, as well as access to thousands of food & beverage vendors nationally. No other company offers the breadth of services and experience that Food Fleet does. Their management staff has well over 40 years of experience in food and beverage business, and has deep experience in virtually every element of the food, hospitality and event industry.

Addie Zeulner - Youth Engagement Advisor

Addie Zeulner is a student from the Portland Public Schools community in Oregon. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest and the Grant Park neighborhood, has enabled Addie to be surrounded by ecologically conscience practices such as green streets, eco-roofs, composting, and practices that ensure clean water and healthy air. At an early age, Addie took notice to endangered species, such as African elephants, sharks and the Pacific pocket mouse and how her local decisions and actions make a global difference. Addie has participated with and advised both the Green Sports Alliance and Climate & Sports Student Summits (CS3), a non-profit dedicated to engaging and activating our youth around climate action. She has further activated herself as a leader of Beyond Differences, a student led organization inspiring students at all schools nationwide to end social isolation and create a culture of belonging for everyone. In addition to being a community leader and activist, Addie is also a musician and athlete who loves the outdoors - camping, hiking, and snowboarding.
